At Cupid's Archive, we believe that we can elevate the impression you leave with considered bespoke design & stationery outcomes. Every brand or event deserves designed elements that are a piece of art. Something that not only sets the tone but also captures the essence of moments both in everyday life and on your most treasured days.
01 BOOKING & TIMELINES
To begin, please review our Services & Price Guide. If you wish to receive a quotation after this please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will send one back to you as soon as we can. Once this has been settled on you will receive a formal contract and additional onboarding documents so we can get to know you!
Our minimum timeframe for a project from start to stationery delivery is 10-12 weeks. Projects can take longer though depending on the scope.Our books fill out 3-6 months in advance, please get in touch as early as you can to secure your dates.

00 HOW WE WORK & COMPATABILITY
Working with Cupid’s Archive is a very collaborative process, but it’s also important to me that the creative side is entrusted to me. You’ll bring your ideas, references, the feeling you want to create and all the little details that make your wedding yours, and I’ll use those to develop designs that feels personal and considered, entirely reflective of you and your partner. We aren't in the business of recreating another wedding, copying another designer’s work or simply manufacturing an existing idea.
Every element is heavily considered as part of the wider suite, which is what allows me to create something cohesive, elevated and genuinely unique to you. The more information you are able to give me and the more you’re able to trust me with the creative direction, the more I can bring my experience and ideas into the process. This is when the best work is crafted—this is what brought you here!
02 EXPLORATION
Let's get to know you, your story, your stationery needs and budget. This is where your unique stationery journey begins! Each clients stationery suite varies in outcome and price as it depends on the items you choose, quantity needed and the print finishes (just to name a few variables).
03 IDEATION
Once your deposit has been paid to secure my time and a spot in the calendar, we will begin putting together your design deck. This includes a mood board, colour palette and initial directions for your stationery suite. This may not be immediately, when we begin your design deck depends on your event date and our commitments for the year.
04 DEVELOPMENT
Your design deck will be sent through to you for review and feedback. This is a great place to collaborate and ensure the stationery is heading in the right direction for your needs. You are allocated 3 rounds of revisions throughout the process to ensure we get everything right. This portion takes generally around 2-3 weeks if more than 3 revision rounds arent .
05 PRINTING & ASSEMBLY
Now we're at the pointy end! Once your designs have been reviewed and I get the go ahead, we will send your stunning designs to print. Once we receive them back we will get busy assembling them and adding any embellishments, pack them up and check them for any errors, make a final head count and then they will be on their way for you and your guests to enjoy. This can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks from start to finish.
